With over 30 years of experience in the caregiving field, Jill LeFever brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to her clients’ well-being. Her background includes various roles, such as working in facilities, group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and foster homes for adults with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. She has also served in memory care units, providing compassionate care, and support for those facing memory challenges. In addition to her hands on experience Jill has over 10 years of administrative expertise in in-home care and I/DD services. Jill is driven by a passion for empowering clients to live and thrive independently while remaining comfortable in their homes.

Outside of work Jill finds joy in the ocean and spends as much time there as possible. She loves the outdoors, especially hiking, and water activities like kayaking, swimming, and rafting the Rogue River.
