Do Caregivers go through background checks?
Yes a National and a state level background check
Can we have the same caregiver each day?
We strive for continuity of care and our schedules reoccur weekly. Depending on how many day per week you may have more than one.
Can we adjust the schedule for appointments etc.?
Yes we can but it sometimes ends up being a differnt caregiver. Also as much notice for the office as possible is best.
Is there a minimum number of hours we need to book?
We have a 2-hour minimum per shift, but there’s no required minimum number of days or hours you need to schedule us each week
Do you have Spanish speaking support staff?
Yes we strive to have bilingual staff available and hire for this position.
