Our Team

Crystal began her career journey in 2013 studying Pre-Nursing, graduating with her AAOT before expanding her education into Innovation, Leadership, and Psychology, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. Over the past decade, she has built extensive experience in caregiving, complemented by two years in care management and three years in administrative roles across in-home care, long-term nursing management, and IDD services. Her professional background also includes nearly eight years in dentistry, where she advanced from Patient Coordinator to Supervisor and Manager.

Beyond her professional path, Crystal is a proud single mother—her son turns 20 this year—and her family remains her greatest motivation. She enjoys spending her free time with loved ones, including her two dogs and four cats, with her sphynx cat, Juno, holding a special place in her heart. Having grown up in Riddle and lived in Roseburg for 25 years, Crystal is deeply connected to her community.

With a lifelong passion for helping others, Crystal is naturally drawn to roles where she can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
