Our Team

Isabel was born and raised in Washington state to proud farmworkers of 13 children that traveled to Oregon and Washington for work every year until she was 15. She moved to Oregon to live with a favorite aunt and uncle and graduated in Boardman, OR. With 11 grandchildren and 3 children in the area, Isabel enjoys spending time with family, attending church on Sunday and supporting her community of over 25 years in the Columbia Gorge. She has served the Latino population and continues to be an advocate and serve our IDD population with compassion and committment.
