Jaymee began her career providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where she discovered a passion for person-centered support and advocacy. Over the past decade, she has led residential and behavioral health programs, strengthening staff teams, ensuring compliance, and improving client outcomes. She has served in a variety of roles supporting vulnerable populations and views this position as a full-circle opportunity to extend that care to all who need it. Her personal experience caring for her brother with developmental disabilities has deepened her commitment to serving families with empathy and understanding. In her free time, Jaymee is an active member of her community and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
