Our Team

Tina Knapp is a seasoned leader in the in-home care industry and currently serves as Executive Director for our Central Oregon office. She began her career in 2017 as a caregiver and office manager, gaining hands-on insight into both client care and operational efficiency. Since joining Almost Family in 2021, Tina has focused on building meaningful relationships with clients and staff alike, while driving creative, compassionate solutions to meet the evolving needs of the community.

Known for her approachable leadership style and strong problem-solving skills, Tina is committed to fostering a culture of trust, empathy, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Oregon’s scenic hiking trails and discovering new restaurants throughout the state.
